Chris Wiksyk
Chief of Staff, RBC BlueBay Asset Management
Chris is Chief of Staff for RBC BlueBay Asset Management (RBC Global Asset Management’s business outside North America) and is responsible for corporate strategy and oversight of RBC BlueBay’s continental European and Hong Kong businesses. Prior to this appointment, Chris was Chief Executive Officer and a Director of RBC GAM UK. Before this he was COO for GAM UK. Prior to moving to the UK, Chris was Director of Strategic Initiatives for RBC GAM’s Canadian Institutional business where he was responsible for driving organisational strategy. Chris joined RBC GAM in 2012 from ING Direct in Australia where he worked in the Corporate Strategy team and prior to that held a number of roles within financial services including RBS, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. Chris holds an MBA from Hawaii Pacific University and BSc from Thomas University, both in the U.S. He is also a CFA charterholder.
