Paul Bromley

Chief Operating Officer , RBC BlueBay Asset Management

Paul joined BlueBay Asset Management (which is now part of RBC Global Asset Management) in May 2005 and was Global Head of Operations before becoming Chief Operating Officer in January 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Paul worked for nine years at Deutsche Asset Management where he was a senior operations manager. During his time at Deutsche, Paul was responsible for managing the cash management teams across global fixed income and equity. He has extensive experience in institutional and hedge fund operations, including trade lifecycle, treasury and transition management. Paul holds BSc (Hons) Economics & Geography from the University of Exeter.
