Managing Director, Responsible Investment

Mona is a Managing Director on the Responsible Investment (RI) team at RBC GAM and is based in London with primary responsibility for RI capabilities in the EMEA APAC region supporting the ESG integration processes of the investment teams, enhancing collaboration across regions to meet the needs of a global firm while focusing on our client and regulatory obligations.

Prior to joining the RI team Mona was the Head of Client Operations at RBC BlueBay and lead the oversight and management of regulatory reporting requirements across various jurisdictions ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and addressing market-specific reporting requirements, reflecting her expertise in operational excellence and regulatory frameworks. She joined the firm in 2004 and has held several roles within the Operations and Global Business Development departments, supporting sales, client servicing, and relationship management efforts focussing on delivering exceptional client service to investors. Prior to joining the firm, Mona worked at Pictet Asset Management and in operations roles at Pershing and Citibank.
