Jayne Fieldhouse

Head of Global Institutional Marketing, RBC Global Asset Management

Jayne is responsible for devising and implementing global marketing strategies for institutional audiences across RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM), including RBC BlueBay Asset Management. She leads communications across EMEA APAC and forms part of RBC GAM’s Leadership Committee. Jayne also leads the Corporate Responsibility Committee in EMEA APAC and is a member of the RBC GAM Leadership Committee D&I group. She has over 20 years of industry experience in communications, reputation management and marketing across institutional and retail asset management.
Prior to joining, Jayne worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, leading corporate communications for their institutional and investment trust business in EMEA. Prior to this, she has lead PR for a fund of hedge fund and driven communications and business development for both a platform business and an industry consultancy. Jayne holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business and Management from Oxford Brookes University. She is also a trustee for Panathlon Challenge, a charity providing access to sport for children with disabilities.
