Andrew Stormer

HR Business Partner, RBC BlueBay Asset Management

Andrew is responsible for leading the RBC BlueBay Asset Management (RBC Global Asset Management’s business outside North America) HR teams as well as leading the HR work stream in the RBC GAM UK and BlueBay transition project. Andrew provides advice and counsel on all aspects of Human Resources and works in collaboration across Human Resources to develop and deliver solutions for people strategies focused on: talent management; leadership development; employee engagement; compensation; performance; change management and diversity and inclusion. Andrew joined in March 2011 and has held a variety of HR roles supporting I&TS, Wealth Management and GAM.
