This is the most important of our bond offerings, our investment grade strategy.

BlueBay is a specialist in active bond management, structured to deliver results tailored to our clients' needs by combining traditional and alternative investment strategies. Our investment philosophy is simple: it is based on the belief that financial markets are inefficient and can be exploited by actively managing investment decisions at both macro and issuer level.

With USD 40 billion in assets under management (AUM)1, our investment grade platform is the largest of our bond offerings. It gives us sufficient scale to have a team of more than 130 bond market specialists, who have privileged access to corporate management teams and global policy-makers, without being too large to actively manage the portfolios we monitor.

To guide our top-down macro and credit decisions, we integrate a number of research areas, including traditional financial analysis, but also macro, political and regulatory research. We believe that the synthesis of these research themes is a key differentiator in our process and should, over time, enable us to generate higher returns than the benchmark.
