Camilla is head of Australia and New Zealand on the Global Business Development team at RBC BlueBay. She specialises in marketing, business development, and leadership across institutional and retail channels. Prior to joining the firm, Camilla was managing partner at Alpencrest Capital. She also spent 22 years at Perennial Partners, progressing from graduate to lead their institutional sales and active ETF platform. Beyond her professional role, Camilla serves as a director of the UNSW Foundation and chairs its Alumni and Engagement Committee. She is also founder of F3—Future Females in Finance, an initiative providing work experience opportunities to encourage women to pursue careers in finance.
